Kong Collapse Top Adventure Discount Policy

I. PROMOTION DETAILS

• Discount: Get 30% off when you book the "Kong Collapse Top Adventure" tour.

• Original Price: 35,000,000 VND/person

• Price after 30% discount: 24,500,000 VND/person

II. VALIDITY PERIOD

• This promotion is valid from March 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Applicable Product: This promotion is only applicable to the "Kong Collapse Top Adventure" tour.

• Payment: Customers must book the tour and make full payment or a deposit of at least 50% of the tour value.

• Reservation: Customers are allowed to hold their reservation at the discounted price for up to 2 years from the date of registration when making a deposit or full payment.

• Transfer: Bookings made with a deposit at the discounted price can be transferred to another person in case the original registrant is unable to participate.

IV. ADDITIONAL PROMOTIONS (Applied sequentially)

1. Program Discount: All customers receive a 30% discount on the original tour price.

2. Returning Customer Discount: If you have previously taken a tour with Jungle Boss, you will receive an additional 10% discount on the price after the initial 30% discount.

3. New Customer Referral Discount: If you are a new customer referred by a previous Jungle Boss customer, you will receive an additional 5% discount on the price after the initial 30% discount. (Note: This discount cannot be combined with the Returning Customer Discount)

4. Group Discount:

• If your group has 5-9 people, you will receive an additional 5% discount on the total booking value after any previous discounts have been applied.

• If your group has 10 or more people, you will receive an additional 10% discount on the total booking value after any previous discounts have been applied.

V. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Jungle Boss reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• In case of any dispute, the decision of Jungle Boss shall be final.

• This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.

Illustrative Example

Mr. A is a returning customer of Jungle Boss. He referred his friends, who are new customers, and formed a group of 8 people to book the Kong Collapse Top Adventure tour.

• Original tour price: 35,000,000 VND/person

• Step 1: 30% program discount: 24,500,000 VND/person

• Step 2: Mr. A receives an additional 10% discount (returning customer): 2,450,000 VND/person => Price for Mr. A: 22,050,000 VND

• Step 3: Mr. A's 7 friends receive an additional 5% discount (new customers): 1,225,000 VND/person => Price for 7 friends: 23,275,000 VND

• Step 4: The group of 8 receives an additional 5% discount (group of 5-9). This discount is calculated on the total booking value after applying previous discounts.

=> Total booking value before group discount: (22,050,000 VND * 1) + (23,275,000 VND * 7) = 184,975,000 VND

=> 5% group discount: 184,975,000 VND * 5% = 9,248,750 VND

=> Final total booking value: 184,975,000 VND - 9,248,750 VND = 175,726,250 VND

Note:

• The Returning Customer Discount and the New Customer Referral Discount cannot be applied simultaneously.

• Discounts are applied sequentially, from highest to lowest.
